Over those years, something became clear: the projects that mattered most to homeowners — the ones that changed how every single day felt — were the bathroom and the closet. Not the biggest projects. The most personal ones.
The Closet & Bath Company is the natural next chapter. Eric leads this brand, focused entirely on the two spaces he's most passionate about. Craig continues to lead Elite Construction's larger builds — kitchen remodels, ADUs, whole-home renovations. Two directions, both grounded in twenty years of the same standard of excellence.

An engineer by training, Eric brings a systems thinker's precision to every project. He co-founded Elite Construction over twenty years ago and now leads The Closet & Bath Company — the focused expression of everything he loves most about the work. He's involved in every project, from initial consultation through final walkthrough.

Lori is the designer you'll spend the most time with. She guides clients from concept through material selection, offering a rare combination of aesthetic confidence and practical knowledge about what actually works. She'll walk showrooms with you, help you navigate decisions, and make sure the final result reflects how you want to live in the space.

Loren
Loren's story is a straight line from the rugby pitch to the job site. He met Eric and Craig playing for the Beach Dogs — Santa Cruz's local rugby club — and joined Elite not long after, in his early twenties. Over the years he's grown from apprentice to one of our most trusted leads, bringing the same focus and team-first mentality from the field to every project he runs. He's known for his sharp eye for detail, his easy-going presence, and the occasional impromptu performance no one asked for but everyone appreciates.
