Our designer will schedule a visit to your home to discuss your tastes and personal style. We want to get a feel for your desires for your project and your budget requirements so we can provide you with an accurate bid.
2. Site visit
Let’s review your project estimate. We’ll go through the bid line by line and answer any questions you might have. Various design and construction options will be presented so you can adjust your project to fit your budget and the look of the final outcome.
3. Estimate
You’ve seen the initial plans and have had some time to price out appliances, fixtures and other accessories. Time to finalize your project layout so we can get started.
4. Finalize your design
Start your project with the assurance that you will be in conversation with us during the whole process. Our online portal gives you detailed timelines for materials needed (such as tile, fixtures, etc.) and install dates for all phases. The portal also shows you a running total of expenses so you can keep track of your budget..
